TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Little ghosts and goblins bundled up to get some candy Thursday evening.
Downtown Topeka's third annual "Boo It Downtown Halloween Candy Crawl" took place Thursday.
Businesses and non-profit organizations lined several blocks on Kansas Avenue so kids could pick up some special treats.
They also had the chance to pant pumpkins, take photos and visit with Reggie the Roadrunner and some of the M&M characters!
