Family, Friends Remember Teen Killed In Sunday Car Crash

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Family and friends remembered a Seaman High School cheerleader who died Sunday night in a fiery car crash.

Funeral services were held today for 15-year-old Alayna Hutchison at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel in North Topeka.

Hutchison was killed Sunday night when the car she was driving skidded off the road, hit a tree and burst into flames.

Memorial contributions can be made in care of Seaman High School.

The other passenger in the car with Hutchison, 16-year-old Jalen Heald, underwent one, nine hour surgery on Monday and is expected to make a complete recovery.
