Four Junction City Men Arrested For BB Gun Drive-Bys

JUNCTION CITY, Kan. (WIBW) -- Four Junction City men are in trouble with the law after police say they struck and injured two people with a BB gun while cruising around.

According to Lt. Jeff Childs with the Junction City Police Department, the men were riding around in a car Wednesday night and shot at several unsuspecting people.

Two people were struck and received minor injuries. The victims did not require medical treatment.

The incidents happened around 8 PM in the 500 block of East Chestnut Street near Wal-Mart.

The suspects- Lavon Cooperchild, 20, Rasean Conyers, 20, Nicholas Graybeal, 19, and Juray Grantham, 19- were located and escorted to the JCPD where they were arrested for Aggravated Battery.
