Fort Scott Man Found Guilty Of Murder

FORT SCOTT, Kan. (WIBW) - A Fort Scott man has been found guilty in the 2011 murder of his wife.

Attorney General Derek Schmidt said 26-year-old Brent Bollinger was found guilty of felony murder, aggravated arson, and aggravated child endangerment.

Bollinger was charged with setting fire to the family's home near Fort Scott, which resulted in the death of his wife and injured his son.

Sentencing is set for November 22.
