TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW-TV) -- Topeka Fire Crews rang in the New Year battling a blaze near Downtown.
Fire Fighters were called to a house fire at 1018 SE Jefferson just after midnight Tuesday morning.
Officials say the home was a total loss.
Everyone made it out of the house safely, one fire official told 13 News that the blaze appears to be accidental in nature.
The Fire Department spent around two-and-a-half hours putting out hot spots after the fire was put out.
