A large fire destroyed a garage at a Southeast Topeka home early Monday morning.
Fire Officials say that it was a garage behind the home at 1904 Southeast Lott that was fully involved with smoke and flames when they arrived around 1:30 a.m.
Firefighters had a rough start battling the blaze because of a frozen fire hydrant, but crews got the fire under control about a half hour later when water became available.
No injuries were reported.
The cause is undetermined, but investigators say no foul play is suspected.
