(WIBW) - A man wanted in an Emporia shooting could now face a murder charge.
Emporia Police said Friday the victim, Adrian Peralta, succumbed to his injuries. He suffered gunshot wounds Saturday night at 619 Washington Street in Emporia.
Another man was shot in the leg in the incident. He survived.
Police are looking for 25-year-old Gabino Ruiz-Ascencio as a person of interest. Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.
