TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)__Topekans gathered at Garfield Park Saturday to learn about emergency services,and they even got a windy treat.
Lifestar helicopter made a grand entrance to the showcase event.
Many emergency responders and some furry four-legged ones also came out to spread the word about what they do.
Ambulances, firetrucks and other vehicles were a favorite among kids who also got a lesson in train safety and the importance of Look, Listen, Live.
The event ran from 1 to 4 p.m.
