Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) - A drive by shooting led to an injury auto accident Saturday Morning.
Officers were called to the area of 21st and Topeka around 2 upon hearing reports of gunshots in the area.
At 2:15, they were called to an injury accident in the 2500 block of SE Madison involving a roll over and ejection of the occupants.
Once officers arrived on scene, they observed a subject trying to leave the accident on foot. Police stopped them and located a handgun.
Two additional victims from the vehicle were located.
The victims were transported to local hospitals by AMR, with one of them having life threatening injuries.
A victim from the shooting called police a short time later to report that his car had been shot as he was driving through 21st and Kansas.
