TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A former Highland Park High School assistant principal charged with patronizing a prostitute has reached a diversion agreement with the Shawnee County District Attorney's office.
Jeff Moss was arrested last August in Operation Candyland, an internet prostitution sting that busted 12 suspects. The USD 501 school board fired Moss after his arrest.
A diversion agreement requires a person to take education classes, pay restitution and do community service for a period of time.
Successful completion would result in Moss not having a criminal record.
