MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - A 24 year old Fort Riley soldier is believed to already have been deceased when a resident found him Friday.
In a press release sent out Saturday, officials say Riley County Police received a call at 7:20 a.m. Friday regarding a deceased man at a residence.
The caller believed the man was already dead when he made the call. This was confirmed by both EMS and the coroner.
Police do not suspect any foul play. An autopsy is planned for this weekend.
No other information, including the soldier's name and address, is available at this time.
