TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- The trial for a second man accused in the Natalie Gibson murder has again ended with jurors unable to reach a verdict.

The jury informed the judge of their decision in the Daquan Wilkins case today on their third day deliberations.

It was a hung jury on five counts related to what prosecutors called a botched holdup in July 2011.

Ending in the shooting death of Natalie Gibson and the wounding of her partner.

Jurors did convict Wilkins of attempted vehicle burglary in an unrelated incident.

Earlier this month, jurors for Anceo Stovall also were unable to agree on murder charges, he'll be retried in October.

Seven others also are charged in the case.
