TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)--It's wasn't Cinco De Mayo just yet, but Topekans got the party started a little early Friday night.
Cumbia saxophonist Fito Olivares and his band got the crowd at the ag hall in the holiday spirit.
During the mid-1990's Olivares and his band had a number of top-40 hits on billboard's Latin chart.
