$220-Thousand In Goods Stolen From Metal Shop

TOPEKA, Kan. (From TPD Release) -- Topeka Police Department detectives are attempting to identify unknown suspects who broke into Midwest Metals 1105 NW Lower Silver Lake Rd.

The unknown suspects entered the business sometime between Saturday January 22, and Monday January 24, taking 200 thousand dollars worth of copper and brass fittings. Also taken during the burglary were several Welders leads as well as many hand and power tools.

Anyone who may know the identity of the subject(s) responsible for this crime is asked to call or text Crime Stoppers.
