The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office and the Topeka Police Department are attempting to locate Mr. Calvin Lee Payne Jr. Mr. Payne is a black male 21 years old, DOB-11/17/1989, 5’08“ 152 Lbs. Mr. Payne is a court ordered registered sex offender out of Texas who has not properly registered with law enforcement.

Mr. Payne’s last listed address was 626 SW Polk # 4 Topeka, but he no longer lives there. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Mr. Payne is asked to call or text Crime Stoppers.

Information leading to the arrest of the subject(s) responsible for this crime can be worth a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $ 2,000.00 dollars.
