TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Court proceedings are on hold for the man accused of breaking into WIBW-TV and stabbing two employees.

48-year-old Ray Miles was due in court Thursday, but Judge Evelyn Wilson's office says the case is delayed while they wait for results of Miles' competency exam.

Miles faces six charges including aggravated battery, criminal threat, and criminal damage for the May 23rd incident.

Surveillence video shows him throwing a lamp through a front glass door and physically confronting workers before they tackled him.

Miles will likely appear in court in early July.
