Remembering SGT Jamie Jarboe

TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)-A visitation was held Friday at the Penwell Gabel Southwest Chapel to remember Sgt. Jamie Jarboe who was fighting in Afghanistan where he was shot leaving him paralyzed from the chest down.

Jarboe Passed away on March 21st from his injuries.

Saturday more than 300 family, friends and fellow Soldiers gathered at the Maner Conference Center to remember Jarboe.

Hundreds of flags and Patriot Guard Riders lined the streets to the Center as they too said their goodbyes.
