Combat Air Museum Holds The 20th Annual Pancake Feed Fundraiser

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-Kansans enjoyed a warm breakfast Saturday morning all for a good cause.

Shawnee County commissioners and a few Topeka City Council members showed up at Combat Air Museum's 20th annual fundraiser and pancake feed. Topeka Treasurer, Larry Mah, and Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins joined along with others to flip pancakes for people to eat and enjoy.

All-you-can-eat pancakes were $6 and visitors also had the opportunity to tour the facility and bid in a silent auction.

The museum was filled with entertainment. There will musical groups and many local celebrities. Bob Carmichael of Perkins restaurant was the celebrity chef. Washburn University's basketball coach Bob Chipman was also there.

All proceeds benefit the Combat Air Museum.
