Collective Brands Not In The Clear
TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)--Topeka based Collective Brands is not in the clear after being bought out last week.
The company is being sued by an investor looking to block the sale.
According to the Kansas City Star, investor Gregory Dusablon believes the company accepted too low of a bid -- an offer that does not allow shareholders to participate in the company's long term prospects.
Dusablon asked a Delaware judge to pause the transaction and award damages.
