TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The city of Topeka will now pay more than $3,000 to replace a stretch of winding sidewalk.
CJ Online states that sidewalks on Wanamaker between 30th Terrace and 33rd Street will need to be replaced.
City officials said they wanted gradual curves in the sidewalks,but the curves are too sharp.
Amino Brothers Company, the project contractor is charging $3,100 to replace the sidewalks.
The improvements are part of a three step phase expected to be complete by the end of this year.
