TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Classic cars complimented a carnival Friday night in North Topeka.
About two dozen timeless sets of wheels pulled into the corner of Highway 24 and N. Kansas Ave. The car show helped rev up a weekend of fun being put on by Topeka's Arab Shrine Temple.
Carnival rides provided the backdrop for these sweet rides from years gone by. The carnival continues from 10:30 am to 10 pm Saturday.
The money raised supports Shriners Hospitals for Children, which provide pediatric specialty care to children with orthopedic conditions, burns and spinal chord injuries.
