TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - An unusual sight stopped traffic in downtown Topeka Thursday.
A crane had 7th Street closed between Kansas and Quincy.
Capitol Federal was using it to move a new air conditioner up to the roof of the building.
The old chiller was removed in the beginning of February as part of a total renovation project, inside and out.
Work is expected to finish early next year.
