TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Highland Park Central Elementary School has been adopted again.
Chairman, President and CEO of Capitol Federal John Dicus visited the school Wednesday to announced the company will renew its commitment to Highland Park Central and its students as a partner in education.
Dicus and Highland Park Central Principal Cleo Gardner officially signed the agreement at Wednesday's adoption ceremony.
This is the 17th year Cap Fed has adopted the school. Throughout the year, bank employees read and tutor the elementary students.
