(WIBW) - A Canadian man is charged with taking a 12-year old girl out of state just to have sex with her.
20-year old Stewart Kenneth Cody McGill is charged with one count of transporting a minor out of state for the purpose of having sex.
Officials say the girl's father reported her missing to the El Dorado Police Department on May 31st. Officials used the girl's cell phone to track her and McGill near Potterville, Michigan on June 1st.
Investigators say they met online playing "World of Warcraft."
McGill faces 10 years to life in prison if convicted.
