TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Business owners heard new perspectives for growth Tuesday.
Former Topekan and current president of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City Carlos Gomez spoke at the monthly luncheon for the Topeka Independent Business Association. The gathering was held at Shawnee Country Club.
Gomez says it's good to exchange ideas with small business owners anytime people can.
"It's always good to listen to different view points in businesses out there," he said. "At the end of the day, whether Hispanic business or not, the DNA of owners is the same."
