Break-In At Manhattan Applebee's

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- A bundle of cash was stolen during an overnight break-in at the Applebee's in Manhattan.

Riley County police say the burglary took place at 1:15 AM Friday, March 29, 2013 at the business, located at the Manhattan Town Center Mall.

An unknown suspect gained access to the restaurant by damaging a window on a locked door and took $903 in cash that was supposed to be deposited in the bank Friday when the business reopened.

Surveillance video was not available Friday.

The crime is under investigation.
