TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Officials believe a three year old boy got tangled up in a swing set Wednesday, and died.
Police received a call just after noon Wednesday of an unresponsive boy at at day care at 1404 SW Clearview Lane.
The child, whose name is still unknown, was transported to Stormont Vail where he was pronounced dead.
10 other children were present at the day care when the incident happened. It is unknown if any of the children saw the accident.
The incident does not appear to be suspicious but is still under investigation.
