TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)__ Bikers rallied together Saturday (9/07) to ride for a good cause.

The 4th annual Ride for the Red fundraiser doubled as a training exercise that allowed the Red Cross to brush up on disaster, mass care, and feeding skills.

The ride kicked off at 7:30am at Heartland Park Topeka with a breakfast, followed by a ride through the road course and the Flint Hills.

Volunteers then met up with the bikers at Lake Wabaunsee for lunch. They then concluded the ride at HPT at 1:30pm for auctions, music, food and fun.

The ride consisted of 120-miles through Harveyville, Lake Wabaunsee and Dover.
