TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)--Runners and walkers braved the heat today all for music.
The Topeka Jazz Workshop Band hosted its first ever "Jazz In The Park" 5K run and walk.
The route weaved through Gage Park--starting near westlake shelter house
The money raised goes toward the Topeka Jazz Workshop Band.
After the run the athletes could sit under the shade and listen to some jazz music.
