POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, Kan. -- The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office is investigating a reported arson that occurred at the City park in Belvue on June 29th around 6:52 p.m.
Deputies responded to the report of a loud explosion in the area of the
City park. When the Deputies arrived, they found the men's rest-room had been damaged by an apparent explosion. The damage is estimated to be $400.00
A witnesses described a vehicle of interest leaving the area as a
white or cream colored newer passenger car with two male juveniles.
Anyone with information regarding this or any other crime are urged to
contact the Sheriff's Office at 785-457-3354. A reward is being offered
on this incident for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
