TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Shawnee County Parks and Recreation campers could soon be riding the Topeka Transit for free.

The Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority shared their plan with board members to partner with Parks and Rec to help campers get around town on the buses fixed routes.

Campers would be able to ride for free and would go to places such as the library, brown versus board and city swimming pools.
