Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) - Law Enforcers say a 3-year-old boy is in custody and has been recovered safe near Arkansas City, Kansas.
An Amber Alert for him has been cancelled Sunday evening (7/1).
3-year-old Anthony Hernandez had been missing since Saturday. He was last seen in the 600 block of south 6th street in Arkansas City, Kan.
Police believe the man who took Anthony is 33-year-old Francisco Lopez. He is also in custody.
