A Wrongful Death Lawsuit Has Been Reached In The Patricia Kimmi Case

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- An agreement has been reached in a wrongful death lawsuit filed in the death of a rural Horton woman.

The children of Patricia Kimmi reached a settlement with their estranged father Eugene Kimmi in a wrongful death lawsuit filed against him. Terms of the settlement are confidential.

In addition, Roger Hollister signed a confession judgement Tuesday.It awards the children $200,000. Hollister was convicted of Patricia Kimmi's death and is now serving a life sentence.
