A Wichita Company Has Been Fined For Violating The No Call Act

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A Wichita company will pay $10,000 for violating the no-call act.

A judge ordered Moore Water Treatment LLC. Who was doing business with ecowater systems of wichita to pay the fine.

Around 20 complaints in total were filed against Moore Water. Some to the Attorney Generals Office and some to the Federal Trade Commission.

Twelve businesses have been caught so far this year violating the no-call act. They've been fined a collective $1.2 million.
