TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW-TV) An early morning 911 hang-up leads Sheriff's Deputies to the scene of a domestic disturbance just North of Topeka Friday.
Shawnee County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Jesse Snider, 25, of Topeka, at a residence in the 500 block of Northeast 35th Friday morning after a struggle with officers.
It happened just after 2:30 a.m., and Snider had to be subdued before being taken to jail.
Snider is being held in connection with domestic battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, obstruction, intimidation of a witness, assault and aggravated assault.
