TOPEKA, Kansas (WIBW) -- A trial date is set for the man accused of holding a Dover couple hostage in their home.
23 year-old Jesse Dimmick is charged with two counts of kidnapping for ransom and one count of theft.
Dimmick was wanted in Colorado last September when he led authorities on a chase, escaped then turned up the next morning at Lindsay and Jared Rowley's home.
Dimmick was shot by police after they got out safely.
Jury trial is set for May 17th.
