Noon hour in Topeka came to a slow crawl on westbound I-70 bridge as a pick up truck accident ended on its side.
The Polk-Quincy Viaduct Bridge was down to one lane westbound, just west of the 3rd street entrance, as a tow truck worked to get the truck back on its wheels and off the bridge.
Icy conditions on the bridge may of played a part in the accident.
