TOPEKA, Kansas (WIBW) -- A preliminary hearing has been pushed back for the man accused of holding up a Dover couple in their home.
23-year-old Jesse Dimmick was supposed to have a hearing Tuesday, but it has now been rescheduled for December third so that his attorney can have more time to prepare.
Dimmick is facing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges, attempting to elude police charges and several other related charges
Dimmick was shot by police after Lindsay and Jared Rowley were able to safely get out of their home.
