TOPEKA, Kansas (WIBW) -- A one million dollar bond has been set for the man who's charged with holding a Dover couple hostage in their home.
23-year-old Jesse Dimmick faces kidnapping and other charges for the September 12th incident.
Dimmick was shot by police after Lindsay and Jared Rowley were able to safely get out of their home.
Colorado Chief Trial Deputy Dave Young said last week that he'll let Kansas authorities prosecute him first, before charging Dimmick in connection with a Colorado murder.
A hearing is set for October eighth.
