Competency Hearing Delayed In Murder And Rape Case

A hearing has been delayed until a competency report is filed for a Topeka man arrested in connection with the death of his live-in girlfriend.

54-year old James "P" Carnoali has been charged with capital murder and rape.

Topeka Police found Terri Nadeau dead last march in the couple's apartment in the 1000 block of southwest Garfield.

Also, Topeka police say they're looking into the deaths of two other women with whom he's lived.

A motions hearing is set for July 2nd.
