TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) _ A Topeka woman has died of stab wounds, three weeks after she was knifed during a fight outside the Whiplash Bar.

The Topeka Capital-Journal reported that 41-year-old Wendy Goles died at Thursday evening at The University of Kansas Hospital. Her death means that an aggravated battery charge against Tonya Sullivan will probably be upgraded.

Shawnee County District Attorney's spokesman Dakota Loomis said prosecutors will review the case against the 38-year-old Sullivan and ``amend the complaint appropriately.'' Sullivan faces a second battery charge for allegedly stabbing another woman in the same fight.
