OLATHE, Kan. (AP) _ Another former Sprint Nextel Corp. employee has been charged in a scheme that erased about $133,000 in cell phone bills.

The Kansas City Star is reporting that the theft charge was filed Wednesday in Johnson County District Court against Gary W. Morrow, 44, of Florissant, Mo.

Timothy L. Flowers, 39, of Overland Park, was charged previously.

Police said that from April 2006 to February 2008, Morrow would forward people's cell phone charges to Flowers, who would get in the company computer and reduce the bills or set them to zero.

Police have no plans to take action against Sprint customers who benefited from the scheme. A spokeswoman for Overland Park-based
Sprint said the company has no plans to take action against them either.
