Students Get Books About Self

"I Like Me" was the message for kids as well as the title of books handed out to kindergarten students Tuesday.

The Highland Park Central students each received a copy of the personalized book to keep.

The book is designed to build each student's self-esteem and interest in reading.

Capitol Federal Foundation and the Sunset Optimist Club presented to books.

Members of the organizations read with the students during the event.
