A Jefferson County man has pleaded guilty to leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars off his tax return.
They say he stole money from his parents' company, McPherson Wrecking from 2001 to 2006.
That resulted in unreported income of $727,000 and underpaid taxes of $218,000.
McPherson faces up to three years in prison and fines up to $250,000 when he's sentenced July 31st.
