The accident happened Monday morning when a woman in her 80s ran her car through the window of the ground floor apartment.
The woman's name was not released. Assistant Fire Chief Craig Duke said she was taken to a hospital but her injuries were not life-threatening.
No one else was injured, but the building was evacuated until engineers could determine if it is stable.
Duke said the cause of the accident has not been determined.
