Fire crews continued putting out hot spots late Friday night at a lumberyard in Manhattan.
A fire was reported at Griffith Lumber yard around 4:15 pm Friday.
Forty firefighters in five trucks took more than an hour to get the flames under control.
In just the five minutes it took emergency crews to arrive on the scene, the fire had already spread from one bay to the next.
A windy day didn't help firefighters contain the blaze, nor did the highly flammable material, such as plastic, styrofoam and lumber in that first bay.
Officials say the investigation into what sparked the blaze will continue at least into Saturday. No one was hurt in the incident.
