(Topeka, KS) - A woman is arrested for suspicion of driving drunk and then hitting a pedestrian early Friday morning.
Topeka police got the call around two o clock that a pedestrian had been hit and was laying in the road at 10th and Watson.
25 year-old Lindsay Dyan Constant of Berryton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
