Sentencing for a man convicted in a tax scheme is once again postponed.
Michael Cooper was be in court Monday, but a judge granted a request from Cooper's attorney - and it's now June 10th.
Cooper founded the now-defunct "Renaissance The Tax People" - a tax advice company based in Topeka.
He was convicted in February 2008 of 74 counts including mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy.
He faces more than 600 years in prison.
