Charges have been filed against a driver involved in a fatal accident last October.
Forty-one year old Stephen Forgy was taken into custody Monday.
The Topekan is charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter while under the influence of alochol.
The Shawnee County Sheriff's Office says Forgy was driving a pickup that collided with another truck in the 31-hundred block of NW 62nd Street on October fourth of last year.
Marvin Guffy, 49, was killed killed in the accident. Forgy is being held on 75-thousand dollars bond.
