The Shawnee County Sheriff's office says a woman in her early twenties called 911 at 6:30pm Tuesday from about the 8200 block of SE 89th Street.
The Sheriff's Office says she told authorities she'd accepted a ride from four other women in Topeka. She says they argued about a boyfriend and the women drove her to an entrance to the Clinton Wildlife Area, where they beat her with their feet and fists.
Authorities say the victim flagged down a passing motorist, who called for help.
She was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor cuts and bruises.
Authorities continue looking for the suspects.
